Public Grievance System


Public complaints related to KKRTC services are received through email id- at central office level and are sent to concerned departments/divisions/depots for looking into the issues raised by public and also take necessary action on the same. Further, the action taken/ resolved status of complaints will be communicated to complaintee by the concerned departments/divisions/depots with a copy to Chief Traffic Manager, Central office.
